Very friendly people to deal with. Everyone was very friendly and helpful in every way. Will stay at this hotel anytime I need a place in that area. Will recommend it to anyone that I know. Great place to stay!!!

Baymont was an easy to find hotel at a very reasonable price. The room was clean and breakfast had multiple hot and cold options. Every staff person we met were very nice and welcoming. We would stay again.
The staff went out of their way to help. But there were some issues. They are remodeling several of the rooms and let's just say not all of them were set up the way they are supposed to be according to the description of the property.
I don't know what all the negative reviews were about, the rooms were nice, A/C was cold, shower was hot, rooms cleaned and freshened daily. The new owner saw me and introduced himself, nice guy, the workers were very polite and extremely helpful with any and every question or need. They even opened the breakfast area early so my co-workers and I could enjoy the free breakfast before heading to work since we had to be headed to the job site before normal hours. I would definitely stay here again if I ha e to work in this area in the future.
We were so happy to be able to find a place at the end of the ice storm and the gentlemen at the desk were so friendly and kind. Would love to stay again!
This hotel has friendly staff with great customer service. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable, good free breakfast. Great location. Right next to WalMart, several restaurants, clothing stores, nail salons abd more.
I love that Walmart is next door and also a shopping center. Also the rooms are clean everyday and staff is friendly. We’ve stayed here months at a time, working in the area.
